I ranked up last month, but my rank is showing as a lower rank now, why is this?

When you level up to a new rank, this is your lifetime rank, the highest rank that you have achieved so far. You also have a ‘paid as’ rank, which is calculated in line with the business volume you have in that specific month. This is the rank which will determine your rewards.
