What is the mentoring reward?

If a layer 1 community member in your crew achieves the rank up reward, and you are the same rank as them or higher, then you will also receive a mentoring reward. If the time limits for your layer 1 member to hit the rank have been exceeded, you will not qualify for the mentoring reward.
