What is the layer reward?

You will be paid monthly commissions based upon the sales accrued by your crew too when you reach certain ranks. If the products are discounted due to promotions your sales and rewards are based on the final price paid by the customer. Your commissions on the layer rewards are based on the sales less VAT.
