Can I create my own material / content?

Although not recommended, Club Members may produce their own materials or tools, including training courses, if such materials or tools do not violate the Beyond Beauty Club or third-party intellectual property (see Rule 6.2) and are strictly used for the purpose of promoting and selling Beyond Beauty Club services and products, building their partnership, or training and motivating their own members. The Club Member may not charge any fee or price for the produced materials or tools.

If the Beyond Beauty Club Company determines that materials or tools created by the Club Member violates the brand integrity and identity, the rules, the law, or the legal rights of others, or that it represents a risk of damage to the Beyond Beauty Club reputation, brand or image, Beyond Beauty Club shall have the right (without liability) to require the Club Member to cease the use or sale of such materials or tools.
